This beautiful property is ideal for vacation, a quick get-away, or business trip. This home away from home has close access to golf, swimming, tennis and play area. For the business person, the home has space for small, intimate business meeting and for a larger gathering; conference room space is available at any of the surrounding hotels, including the luxurious Reunion hotel which is within walking distance from the condo.

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Please take out ALL trash and put it in the dumpster at the end of the block. If there is any trash left in the home, a 50.00 cleaning fee will be taken from your deposit.

We are a family of 5 persons, stayed 5 night for visiting the parks and Cape Canaveral. Very easy to contact the owner. Got clear instructions. Easily checked in and out. The apartment is large, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all were very clean (pictures matching the real status). It included everything needed for a family stay: well-equipped kitchen, large American style washing and drying machines. Nice neighborhood, a few shopping places nearby a few minutes drive outside the neighborhood. About 15-20 minutes driving to Disney parks, about 30 minutes to Universal Studios. Would definitely recommend.
Location is across the street from the Reunion Hotel. Beautiful layout; spacious and quiet. Very upscale in design and convenience. Took us 15 min drive to Universal and 10 to Disney. Supermarket and take out less than three mins away. Rental agent was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent again.
I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. The townhome was clean and its location was so close to everything.The manager was so nice and left us a beautiful basket full of goodies...The home was so spacious and the spa was amazing..(Get a massage from Billy). The resort was so beautiful it had a golf course and the water park on site...Will definitely rent from her again...
