*Well appointed kitchenette! Completely remodeled and updated. Granite countertops. 3/4 size dishwasher and refrigerator. No oven, but thereโs a combination microwave/convection oven for your cooking needs. Thereโs a two burner electric glass stovetop. Full set of pots and pans. Plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, flatware, and all the cooking utensils you will use. There is a toaster, blender, and crockpot included for your use.
*The sink does not have a disposal, so please be careful with that.
*The condo is really NOT set up for lots of cooking. It's just not big enough. It might not be for you if you usually cook all meals while at the beach.
*There is no washer/dryer in the apartment. There is a guest washer and dryer on the 15th floor, across from unit 1505 for your use. Each load is two dollars in quarters.
*The balcony has two loungers, a chair, and two small tables. You can spend your day lounging and reading a book, or enjoying the beverage of your choice while you watch the incredible sunset from the very spacious balcony.
*Majestic beach resort has covered parking and a covered crosswalk so you donโt have to worry about crossing on the street. Your resort has two outdoor pools, one with a childrenโs mushroom waterfall, another scenic waterfall, and a separate kiddie pool.
*The other outdoor pool is partially covered and has a gradual entry for those of us who might have knee issues going down the steps into a regular pool. Each outdoor pool has a hot tub near it.
*You can also enjoy two beautiful heated indoor pools when it might be too chilly outside.
*Majestic Market and bar is a store/diner/bar for your convenience. It even has Starbucks coffee!
*My favorite place for lunch is H20 bar and grill. You can sit inside at the bar or you can sit outside on the patio near the pool and enjoy the beach view and watch those waves.
*There is a tennis court on top of the parking garage, and a picnic area with grills behind the garage. Oh.. and donโt forget the movie theater on the fourth floor in the amenities building! They normally show movies twice a week. (Movies are not open during Covid shut down times...)

โข Whatโs the address?

โข Where do I park, and how do I get to the unit?
Park in the garage across the street in any non-reserved space. Take the garage elevator to level 3. Walk across to the amenities building entrance. (If you need a luggage cart, get it there, OR unload on level 3 by entrance, let one person wait there with luggage, while other parks.) Enter the building and turn right toward Tower One. Follow around and across the skywalk. Enter Tower One and turn left to the elevators. Take elevator to 6th floor. Upon exiting elevator, turn right and 612 is just three units down on the left.
โข What if itโs raining?
Youโll want to take another route so youโre covered the whole time. From garage, take elevator to the ground floor. Walk toward the resort to the amenities building entrance. There will be a non-marked door that youโll go in that leads right to the elevator inside. Take the elevator up the 3, then turn left and follow the previous directions across the skywalk.
โข Will the luggage cart fit in the foyer or unit?
NO. PLEASE. With just two people allowed, you will most likely not need to use a cart, but if you do, please DO NOT drag it into the foyer or definitely NOT INSIDE THE UNIT. This scrapes and scratches up everything.
โข Where do I get the parking pass and wristbands?
All these items will be waiting for you on the dining table. The first thing you need to do is fill out your parking pass with the Sharpie provided. Get that in your vehicle as soon as possible. Remember to wear the guests bracelets everywhere on the property. If you see a group not wearing them, donโt hesitate to report them to security. Please remember to leave them on the table when you check out!
โข Where is everything in the resort?
There should be a map on the dining table to guide you. If itโs not there, go down to the ground floor and turn right to get to the big guest services desk. Ask them for a map.
โข Where do I go or who do I ask if I need something or have questions?
Since you are not renting through the in-house rental company called Resort Collection, and you are just renting through Randy and Lisa Grasso, the first thing you need to do is call or text me! Lisa 214-707-4211. Randy 214-417-7900. The big guest services, check in desk downstairs is really just for Resort Collection guests. But they can help you with things like directions and information about the property. Any questions about unit 612 should be directed to Lisa or Randy. โขWho do I contact for an emergency?
If you need to contact Majestic Security, call 850-258-5352. Or 850-563-1022. If itโs an emergency that needs police or ambulance, call 911.
--If you have a water emergency, turn OFF the water. It is in the water heater closet. There is blue tape on the valve you need to lift. When the valve is parallel with the pipe, the water is ON. You will need to adjust the handle so it is perpendicular to the pipe.
--If the commode is overflowing, turn the water valve off behind the commode, on the left side near the floor. Turn the knob to the right to turn it off.
โข How do I check out?
Please vacate the unit by 10 AM unless we have made other arrangements.
-Sweep up. Sand seems to find its way in no matter what!
-Clean up all your trash, including your food items from the fridge and anything off the balcony and throw away trash in the trash chute which is down the sidewalk from 612 (walking west from the unit). It will be on your right.
- Throw all used towels, washcloths, and dishtowels onto the bathroom floor.
-Load and start the dishwasher on normal cycle.
-Strip the sheets from the bed. Leave on the bed.
-If sofa bed was used, please put it back together and just leave the sheets on the sofa.
-Lock the balcony door.
-Make sure you pull the unit door until it latches and closes securely.
-Text me when you are out of the unit so housekeeping can get started.
