This small, 750 sq. ft cabin has a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, one bathroom (two if you count the working outhouse), and 2 queen beds. Extremely high ceilings, loft and 19 windows give this little cabin a spacious feel. The large windows downstairs will allow you to enjoy the outdoors from inside, and you will feel like you are in a luxurious tree house when you climb the spiral staircase to relax upstairs in the loft! You can watch the birds from bed! The kitchen has a charming, farm-house sink, rock wall and retro oven. If you like to cook, you will have all of the kitchenware needed. Get away from the city and enjoy your own private cabin and valley nestled on 5 acres in the hills of the Ozarks just seven minutes from Beaver Lake. Enjoy fishing, hunting, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, observing wildlife, scenic drives, and bird watching! This is the perfect retreat for families, romantic couples, writers, hikers, bikers and nature lovers! Motorcyclists will also enjoy the scenic, winding roads to get to the cabin. Why This Property?
We are Brett and Kelly Thornell, and we have been married 22 years. Each of us grew up with a family cabin or lake house in Alabama, and had always dreamed of having our own little get away in Northwest Arkansas, since moving to Rogers in 1996. We have two sons and a daughter, and we wanted them to enjoy the unique combination of fun and hard work that comes with owning property.

Each of us grew up with a family cabin or lake house in Alabama, and had always dreamed of having our own little get away in Northwest Arkansas, since moving to Rogers in 1996. We have two sons and a daughter, and we wanted them to enjoy the unique combination of fun and hard work that comes with owning property.
When we saw the cabin and the beautiful land surrounding it, we knew that it was a special piece of property. It was not too far from Rogers where we live, and it was near Hobbs State Park, one of Arkansas’ great state parks. We are also big Auburn fans and felt that it was meant to be, since the property was just down the road from War Eagle Caverns.

Beautiful, scenic highways through the Ozarks are the only way to get to this little charmer.
