This tastefully decorated coach home is located on the ground floor of a 2 story condo complex and comes with attached garage and you can enter the unit from the garage. It is a 12 minute drive to the famous 5th Avenue shopping, dining and entertainment district of Olde Naples as well as the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the community is safe and the neighbors incredibly friendly. There is no traffic or congestion in this community, you will only experience a peaceful and relaxing stay. Most of the residents on the street are retired couples who are either permanent residents or this is their winter home. While young children are very much welcomed, they are not often seen.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, cooking/eating utensils and dishes, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The floors are porcelain tile throughout. The screened in lanai overlooks the well manicured back yard. This condo sleeps 4 with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom and a guest bathroom.
During your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the 2 community swimming pools, tennis courts and the walking, cycling and jogging paths that surround the many lakes in the community. Two bicycles are available for your use. There are a number of golf courses a short drive away. A Publix and Walgreens are a 2 minute drive, or if you prefer, a short walk away.
One common household pet is allowed, as per condo association rules.
