We initially had some problems with adjusting the pool and spa heater, but after some quick emails back and forth with the owner, it was smooth sailing. Lovely and modern house in Naples Park, with an excellent location. Quiet neighbours, which was important for us. A lot of amenities (soap, toilet paper, etc) and great TV/cable selection for those cold spells. Bikes were handy for a quick trip to beach or publix, but not equipped for longer tours. The pool is solar heated, so we only used the spa on chilly days. Loved the lanai, could have moved permanently in there.
