About Mike
Over the past 20 years, we have vacationed in Puerto Vallarta and have grown to love it dearly. We moved here October 2015. I am an international, award-winning digital photo artist, and a lot of my art comes from pictures that have been taken in and around Puerto Vallarta. Casa Loretta is also my private gallery.

Why This Property?
We found this derelict property advertised on Craigslist in January 2012 and purchased it on a shoestring budget. We decided to call our new housing adventure 'House Hunters International โ Budget Style' and spent the next 18 months getting building permits, finding builders, and getting the process started. Our dream finally reached fruition in 2014 and we moved here permanently in 2015.
