The cottage is located down a private driveway on almost 2 acres of land, offering loads of privacy among a mature red oak forest. It's rated 10 out of 10 for privacy. With an amazing view of the Fairholme Lake right from the new 40 x 10 cedar deck which was built in June 2012. The exterior has been recently stained and the interior was renovated in 2012 and decorated with a mixture of old and new, but keeping with a Muskoka feel. Clean and refreshing this cottage has it all with updated stainless steel appliances and dishwasher - allowing you to relax instead of cleaning on your vacation.
This is a great family place to get away where you can bring your dog. We even have dog bowls, crate and dog bed.

Upstairs you will find 2 large size bedrooms and remodeled full size bath. One of the rooms has a queen bed and the other one with 2 bunkbeds with double on the bottom and singles on top. This room offers sleeping accommodations for 6. With a 42 inch flat screen TV & blu- ray for movies, makes this room a perfect hangout for the kids. All bedrooms have newer mattresses so you can enjoy a restful sleep while on vacation.

This property was purchased in 2012
About Kristina
My husband and I purchased the cottage in 2012 with the intent to share our love of cottage life with others. Although the cottage is used frequently by our own family, we love knowing others get to experience what it has to offer and create memories and family traditions. We have been extremely fortunate to have hosted many wonderful guests over the past years.

Fairholme lake is peaceful lake offering a quiet getaway. Allows you to connect with nature, often seen are hummingbirds, chipmunks, turtles, salamanders, and our resident beavers. We often had the pleasure of viewing pheasants, deer and turkeys roaming nearby.
