Delightful 'Nantucket' style beach house with some ocean view and large back yard. Classic two story beach house updated with all the amenities including WIRELESS INTERNET. Our house is light and bright and has great style. Great location on a charming lane by Ventura's famed Pierpont beach. Two bedrooms and a bath upstairs (KING SIZE BED and two twins) with vaulted ceilings, spacious balcony and wood floors. There is a family room/or third bedroom downstairs (double bed & queen sleeper sofa) with large walk-in closet and it's own bathroom with shower. On arrival you will find fresh linens with beds already made.
The open plan kitchen with gas stove is fun to cook in while staying part of a lively conversation in the living room, or just enjoying the views. Sunbathe and take in the sunset on the balcony. Kids, or adults, have their own space downstairs in the family room, where they can watch TV or play games. There is a LARGE BACK YARD with a manicured lawn, picnic table, couch swing, BBQ and a fire pit for bonfires. There is a beach shower in the yard with hot water to enjoy when you come back from swimming or surfing at the beach.
Restaurants and shopping center are a five minute walk to Seaward Avenue. If your looking for the town scene, Main Street is 10 minutes away and offers everything from shopping, restaurants, movies, theaters, jazz and wine bars, spas and coffee houses.
Our home is best suited for vacations, business travelers, couples and small families.
Some people say this special neighborhood, known as Pierpont beach, is like going back in time. It definitely has a lot of old-fashioned charm, it's quiet, and it can't be beat for a walkable and bikeable neighborhood, with many attractions nearby.
