  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
-Cancellations of 30 days or more before the vacation rental period begins are 100% refunded.
-Cancellations within 29 days are not refunded.
-Storms causing mandatory evacuation are refunded on a prorated basis for nights stay missed.
