144 The Greens is a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom Villa overlooking the 6 hole of the Galleon golf course. This unit is located within the security patrolled gated community of Shipyard Plantation.
The first floor of our non smoking villa consist of newly renovated kitchen with everything you could want in your own home with new floors, granite countertops, new stainless steel sink and faucet. It also has a bar area with access to a private courtyard. And don't worry about losing your keys... We have a keyless entry system! Every tenant has a private unique code which is deactivated after every check out.
The dining room seats 4 + 2 barstools.
Living room has spectacular golf views, plenty of new seating, comfy queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress, stereo radio with CD changer, 51" flat screen HDTV with digital cable, DVD player and few golf clubs and balls for you to use, we also offer WIFI and cordless phones with unlimited local/nationwide and Canada long distance calls.
Just off the living room there's an outside deck with chairs and umbrella that is private and peaceful, perfect place to read or enjoy an outdoor cocktail/dinner.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, lots of storage, 29" flat screen HDTV, cordless phone, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, completely renovated bathroom, new vanity and sink with granite countertop, walk in shower with river pebbles and Carrara tiles, also the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The Villa is tastefully decorated and conveniently located steps from pool and within easy walking distance to the beach.

We live in Greenville SC, is less than 4 hours drive to be in our happy place! The first time we heard about Hilton Head was when a friend invited us to stay for a weekend in their place. We live in Greenville SC, is less than 4 hours drive to be in our happy place! The first time we heard about Hilton Head was when a friend invited us to stay for a weekend in their place. I fell in love immediately! They took us to play golf at Shipyard golf course and I told my husband "We will buy a villa here someday" After a year we finally found the perfect place, so close to the beach and with a very private/quite/peaceful golf course view.
