There are multiple pools and hot tubs in areas located in the resort with one just steps from your condo. Also, there is a tennis court and an on-site restaurant, bar and pro shop at the club house and a golf school for lessons from the pros. The back of your unit has a grill area and a view of the tenth hole.

All guest occupying the property must be listed in the Rental Agreement. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from our home with no refund.
Do not remove anything that does not belong to you from the condo
Do not take bath towels, blankets, sheets etc. to the beach or pool
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit
Do not turn the air conditioning lower than 68 degrees or run the A/C or heat with the doors or windows opened. This will cause the HVAC to freeze up and it will cease working.
At check out remove food from the fridge, load and start the dishwasher, used towels should be left in bathtub. Please do not leave wet towels on the beds. Do not put sheets, comforters, blankets or pillows in the tub, leave the beds unmade. Remove all trash to the outside bins across the parking area
Please be respectful of others residents. Many of our neighbors are full time residents and may have to be up early in the morning.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time, your condo is so comfortable, spotless and close to everything. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed the golf course, while my sister-in-law and I took in the local shops and Brookgreen Gardens. We can't wait to come back. We thought this condo was very comfortable! The weather was horrible as it rained every day 1000 year rain! Since the weather was so bad we spent a lot of time inside. The condo was perfect! Great beds and lots of hot water in the shower! We will have to try this vacation again without the rain! Thank you!

We flew into SC to surprise our daughter for her birthday. The property was clean ( a huge concern when traveling with an 11 month old who is crawling/walking). We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit for a quick load of towels, etc. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were just a short walk from the unit. Margaret was wonderful to work with answering all of my emails quickly no matter how insignificant my questions were. We will definetely recommend this rental to others. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing place to stay!
