The space
Your arrival is at the street level driveway and 2 car garage. The main level up the stairs behind the coded security gate consists of a wide upper deck facing south, complete with a Kitchenaid gas grill, Travertine tiles, heated custom Infinity-edge pool and spa, plenty of seating including IN the pool, and dining areas for taking in the lights of Phoenix down and to the south and mountains to the east. The back of the property at this level is ON THE MOUNTAIN!
The glass entry door leads into the spacious dining room able to seat up to 16 people at the table. To the right is the adjacent chef's kitchen featuring marble counter tops, frosted glass cabinets, a gas cooktop, built-in microwave, and windows facing south towards the Phoenix skyline. The open floor plan leads you from the dining room into the billiard room and on to the large living room, equipped with a large flat screen TV, a comfortable leather sectional, and additional seating. This property's location puts you close to the Piestwa Freeway (AZ 51) which provides easy access to all major roads and interstates. Within a short drive are the Biltmore Fashion Park, the lively entertainment districts of central and downtown Phoenix, the many outstanding golf courses Phoenix and Scottsdale are known for, and hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve; one trailhead is a 2 minute walk from the property!
Our field services staff is able to reconfigure the furnishings and bedding in any bedroom to fit your group's specific and particular bed configuration desires. After you book, you will be directed to complete an online form which will enable you to set up the bedding to fit your group's custom specifications.
GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level includes a two-car garage and an entrance to the home via the large SNEAD Bedroom and a stairway to the main level. This bedroom has 1 King and 2 Twin XL beds.
MAIN LEVEL:
Through the security gate and up the stairs from the driveway you will find a wide south facing deck. The deck has a built-in gas grill, travertine tiles, a heated, custom, infinity-edge pool and a custom spa with stunning views for taking in the city lights and mountain vistas. The main level encompasses all of the shared living spaces (Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Billiard room, and Laundry room) as well as a master suite, 3 bedrooms, and a full bath in the hall.
1 Suite: It has a flat screen TV and can be configured with 1 King size bed or 2 Twin XL beds. The suite includes an en suite with a walk-in shower. There is also a large walk-in closet for clothing and ample storage space.
2 Bedroom: It has a flat screen TV and can be set up with 1 King, or two extra-long twin beds in each bedroom.
3 Bedroom: It has a flat screen TV and can be set up with 1 King, or two extra-long twin beds in each bedroom.
4 Bedroom: It has a flat screen TV and may be set up with either 2 King-size beds or as many as 4 Twin XL beds.
UPPER LEVEL:
The staircase next to the Living room heads up to the Master Suite. It may be configured for 2 Kings or 4 Twin XL beds. This suite has a private balcony that provides the best view of the city. The en-suite includes a walk-in shower/steam room combination with several electronically controlled settings. There is also a walk-in closet for clothing and storage.
HOUSE RULES:
Please read the following House Rules and we ask that you do not book or request to book if you are not comfortable with any of the following house rules.
* All early arrivals and/or late departures must be authorized in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning/maintenance schedules, and will incur a fee for the additional number of hours of occupancy being purchased.
* Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
* Street address and email address must be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
* Renter data form including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within THREE DAYS of booking.
* Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa is $60.
* All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, propane tank refill is $25 and the cleaning is $35.
* City Lights comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.
