Private pool is south east facing and gets plenty of sun, the deck area is great for sunbathing and alfresco dining providing a little shade when you just need to get out of the sun. Child safety fence for peace of mind if you have smaller children.
The games room has its own separate AC unit to keep cool whilst your relaxing with a beer or juice and enjoying a game of pool, table football or shooting hoops.
Large comfortable family lounge includes good cable TV package, WiFi and Flat screen TV & DVD
The fully equipped kitchen/diner is to the front of the property and includes, oven & microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer & larder cupboard. plenty of crockery, cutlery & glassware and cooking utensils. Easy to cook in or call out for a takeaway. The dining table also seats 8 To the other side is a laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board & iron

A truly lovely villa - a home away from home. We are a family of 4 - mum, adult son, teen son and my mum (grandma), so we made good use of the 4 separate bedrooms, as we all like our own space. This was our 3rd trip to Florida, but our first time staying at Mags Den. We’ve previously stayed in other villa communities in Davenport as it’s a great area. The Calabay community felt very safe and welcoming. Many people put their hand up to wave as we drove past. Location wise, we find Davenport perfect for our needs. We love the parks, but we also like to get out and about to see other things, so being off I27 and so close to I4 makes it a great location for us. For those that haven’t been before, Disney is between 14-18 miles from the villa (depending on which park), there is a big Walmart super center 6 miles away, and there are lots of fuel stations, fast food places and restaurants on the I27, 1-6miles from the villa in both directions - I recommend a breakfast of pancakes at IHOP, grabbing a snack or sandwich from Wawa (if you like stuffed pretzels I recommend the sweet cream cheese, and the jalapeño ones! Wawa also has a cash machine/ATM that doesn’t charge for withdrawals) or if you need to eat and go, all the meals from Chick Fil A are tasty - staff super nice too. Back to the actual villa. The villa is maintained to a good standard, and it’s clear that Caroline and Andy put time and effort into making it a great place to stay. The villa is equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday (fully stocked with kitchen items, picnic bag, towels and pool inflatables, hairdryers and straighteners). Having access to these means you can save space on packing. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to return one day. We had a wonderful stay at Mag's Den for our first family holiday since having our daughter. The villa was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Caroline was amazing throughout; checking that we had arrived safely and was contactable throughout our stay. It's obvious she and her family have a real passion for their home. I must say the management company/maintenance team were also amazing! The villa was approx 10 mins away from Disney and close to different restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient - especially with a baby! We'd like to thank Caroline and Andy for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be booking Mag's Den again, the next time we go to Florida! Kind regards, Lucy Stephens November 2019

Just come back from the mags den villa Wednesday after spending 2 weeks there. We loved it, the place is spacious and clean with everything you need. It was one of the best holidays we’ve had. When we did stop in the villa on a day off it was lush, with an excellent games room and pool too. You couldn’t ask for more. It was like going from home to home. The owners Andy and Caroline were very helpful especially after our flights were cancelled with Thomas cook and were very accommodating when there was a chance dates times might be compromised. Well what can i say?? 2nd time at Mags Den and once again wow! It was just as beautiful as we remember. everything has been thought of and so family freindly we always feel so welcomed and safe here. caroline and andy are an amazing family who are so friendly, helpful, kind and we feel privileged to have shared their beautiful holiday home with us once again. The team while your there are fantastic too and so helpful. Can't seriously recommend this villa enough we will never stop anywhere else again.
