16'x16' Screened in porch is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fresh air and mountain views as well as have a meal. This is an open, bright, airy, uncluttered house with plenty of space to spread out or gather together.
The main level includes the Master Bedroom featuring cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet and French doors leading to a deck, full bath with soaking tub and double headed shower; a second bedroom sleeps 2 and has a window seat plus a crib, another full bath across the hall; Enjoy dramatic cathedral ceilings in a 30'x15' open kitchen/dining room/living room area. Large deck and screened in porch are off the kitchen.
The large loft area with ceiling fan is great for sleeping extra people with 3 twin beds
Walk-out lower level has a large bedroom that sleeps 2 with a King, full bath, French doors leading to yard, and a huge multipurpose area including a reclining couch, 100+ DVDs, and piano.
Every room in the house faces the mountains. The White Mountain National Forest surrounds the house and the serene Razor Brook is at our cul de sac.
4WD or AWD needed for driveway when icy.

Loved the house, so much room! Loved the high ceilings and wood beams thruout. My daughter wanted to move here! Close to all attractions. Mountain views are breathtaking - my wife was relaxing viewing the mountainside every day. Would like to come next year! We had a great summer weekend up in NH and couldn't have asked for a better home base. We enjoyed all of our meals with beautiful mountain views from the screened in porch. We shared the house with friends and there was plenty of room - we loved the open layout. The location was perfect for Storyland, Echo Lake/Cathdral Ledge and Crawford Notch. We were able to easily visit the Cider Mill multiple times for donuts and sandwiches. We will definitely be back! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers.
This was our 4th year in a row renting this house. It's is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. My kids, wife and I love the proximity to great hiking and river activities. The owner has been great and the place is very clean. The open kitchen and great room are perfect for hanging out after a day of outdoor fun, and the screen porch is just fantastic early in the morning and for a cool breeze on a hot night. Off course the giant tub is a favorite for the kids and bubble baths. We'll be back for sure. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.
We took our 2 daughters and their grandparents for a long "getaway weekend", and had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house provided everything we needed, was very clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and wow what views! We were able to relax, unwind and spend some great quality family time. Deb was very easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend this house. Our family has spent its annual ski vacation at this beautiful home for the past seven years. Many wonderful memories were made here. On our last visit, one of my daughters said "Mom, can't we just buy it!" The ad does not lie, the mountain views are incredible. Gazing out the windows in the morning, over coffee, inspires a sense of awe and peace. The house, high on a hill top, is surrounded by natural beauty. The first year we vacationed there, we saw a moose outside the bedroom window (it stayed there for over 30 minutes). The house itself is spacious. The living area on the main floor is the perfect place for family meals and socializing. There is also plenty of space for people to enjoy alone time. The house is clean and uncluttered, very easy to live in for a week. The owners have been great. All transactions have been smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this fabulous home.
