Welcome to our beautiful & large (1,264 sq) villa on Hilton Head Island, located in a prime uncommercialized South Forest Beach. The villa is less then 1 block to the beach, and just a short walk or bike ride to the shops at Coligny Plaza.
Besides the beach, biking and so many other activities are within minutes. We are also located on the same road, and almost right next to the Van Der Meer Tennis Complex. Your villa includes one hour free tennis court use per day from this facility. We are also on the same road as a very good fitness center available to us - The Players Club. There are more than ten public golf courses located within a ten minute drive of our villa.
The fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath are located on the first floor . Living room has a 55" TV in (cable, DVD player, and a Roku) and sofa has a queen-size pull out bed. We have Wifi for our guests to use. Also the kitchen has a full-size washer and dryer set back in the kitchen area. The second story is where both bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with comfortable decor, including a 40" flat-screen TV & DVD player. Also, a full bath. As you walk down the hall, you will enter the second bedroom, which consists of two full-size beds, great furnishings and a third flat-screen TV & DVD player. This bedroom also has a full bath. We also have provided two twin airbeds for additional children.
Located on beautiful South Forest Beach, this villa is only a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Also close is Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, and Circle Center for a variety of shopping, dining and grocery choices. Including a large public access to the beach. Also, coming new in Fall of 2020, will be the "Lowcountry Celebration Park (Coligny Area Redevelopment Initiative)" It will be bringing to the area, "a large lawn and stage to accommodate festivals, concerts and other gatherings; a destination playground with an iconic ship playground; the Sandbox Children's Museum; walking trails and boardwalks; exercise stations; additional parking and; improved access to Beach Parking. There is a pool area behind our villa which can be viewed from the private balcony in the back of the villa. You walk down the beautiful spiral staircase, and into a lovely courtyard that brings you to the turtle lagoon, pool and large patio area for all guests.
The villa has an outside storage area on the ground floor (in front of the parking spaces). This is a handy area to store beach chairs, etc. In the parking area, there are several bicycle stands.
We have a cleaning service agency that takes care of the towels, linens and cleaning upon arrival and departure. They check in with our guests upon arrival and just before departure to ensure your cleaning needs have been met.

We have wintered at 77 Courtside for 3-4 months for the past 7 years. Needless to say, based upon the number of times we have stayed here, we are very pleased with this condo. Each year we have been pleasantly surprised to see the recent changes and improvements. The condo is always clean and the owners, Bob and Mary, are continually making improvements that contribute to the enjoyment and comfort of their guests. Even when the winter temperatures are cool, this condo is always warm and inviting. Although we seldom need to contact them, occasionally when we do, they are always quick to respond and address any issues. HHI is a hidden gem. There are so many great restaurants it can be a little detrimental to the waistline but thankfully the beautiful walking beach that goes for miles is just a 5 minute walk away to burn off those calories. If you are a golf enthusiast there are many beautiful golf courses to choose from. We would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends, Thank you Bob and Mary for sharing your lovely condo with us for all these years.
We have staid in many different places and find Courtside to be the best location. This condo is amazing and the owner was a true pleasure to work with making the entire process extremely easy. Just to let everyone know, this condo is FABULOUS!!!!! It was just as we expected and then some..very tastefully decorated and clean. This is the first time for renting a property like this and all went smoothly. The owners were great in answering questions for us newbees. A block off the beach..who could ask for more! This condo was absolutely perfect for a short weekend getaway that my wife and I took with another couple. The condo was exactly as described and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. We loved using the pool mere steps out the back door and the beach access was only a short 3-5 min walk away. Mary provided clear, concise check-in instructions and made herself available for questions via text, email, or phone. The 2 upstairs bedrooms with adjoining baths were very spacious for both couples and comfortable. There was not 1 thing that could have been done better! We would love to come back! This was my 2nd year staying at Mary and Bob's Villa, and once again was fantastic. My wife and daughter now look forward to this trip every year. Mary and Bob have made some very nice upgrades to the house, and we just love how close it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything you could need or want. I'm sure this time next year I will be writing again how much we love coming back to courtside villa 77.
