After more than 20 yrs. vacationing in Ixtapa, paradise has been found. The BVG Residential has beautiful and well maintained grounds/landscaping, two large pools, a magnificent beach, comfortable lounging/tanning areas, and an excellent restaurant with great service and very friendly staff. It is also located near many shops and a variety of other eating establishments. The condo has all the comforts of home. It is attractive and clean with a spacious balcony. Other highlights included stunning views, new WiFi (if you want it), washer/dryer, and well-equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom, dining and living areas. The owners are very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns from booking to checkout. Thank you. I can't wait to go back.

Rest, relaxation, recreation, recuperation, restaurants galore, retirement present and golf for ,my husband - this condo ticked off all my boxes. This was our first visit to Ixtapa and we're very glad we picked the Bay View Grand Residential unit 702N. Excellent location, amazing view, very comfortable condo, clean and well equipped. The owner provided detailed information on the area & BVG complex along with restaurant & things to do info. Location is everything & this is the place with the beach, shops & many good restaurants & just a short bus ride to Zihuatanejo. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks & plan to return to this beautiful place. We've been coming to Mexico for 32 years & must say this is the cleanist condo & area we've ever been in. Recommended for: Tourists without a Car, Age 55+.
