This condo boasts a panoramic balcony view of the ocean--a great place to view dolphins frolicking in the surf! There's a king sized bed in the master bedroom where you can open the windows and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, and in the living area the sofa opens to a queen bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and dinnerware.
This location is away from the main traffic in a quiet area, but walking distance to many restaurants, groceries, and the area's largest outlet mall, Silver Sands. The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!)--the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out on the beach and never feel crowded!
Complex amenities include complimentary beach service (March-October), complimentary secure WiFi, two pools - large (heated) over-sized pool and smaller kiddie pool that overlook the Gulf of Mexico, video game room, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness workout room, gazebo with a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf, grill area with gas & charcoal grills, and a clubhouse with meeting room. There are also kayak and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasail very close by. There is a hiking/biking trail that goes for miles along the beach road that you can access by just walking across the street from the condo.
