  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
You may cancel 14 days prior to arrival with no penalties! If cancelling under 14 nights, you will lose 2 nights @ the reg rate plus tax

You may cancel 30 days prior for Christmas - year end dates with no penalties! If cancelling under the 30 days you will lose 4 days of the reg nightly rate. If you do not show up for your stay you will lose all monies. No exceptions
