WIFI and basic cable included. Condo Suite is also fully stocked with beach towels, a couple beach chairs, linens, bath towels, paper items, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, soaps, etc.
We own 4 beachfront condos on Galveston Island, please don't hesitate to call as we can often accommodate guests beyond the listing availability.

NO PETS / NO SMOKING
Casa Del Mar has a strict NO PETS and NO SMOKING policies. If accommodations are needed for a pet, please make arrangements in advance with a kennel. If pets are brought on the property your reservation will be cancelled and property management will ask you to leave. No monies paid will be refunded for violation of this policy. There is a minimum $250 charge for smoking and guests will be removed from the unit immediately with no refund. I wish I had an option here, but this is a Casa Del Mar policy, not mine.
DAMAGES
We do not charge a damage deposit on direct rentals, but your credit card will be held for any actual damages beyond normal wear and tear.
CLEANING:
We also do not charge a cleaning fee, but ask that you remove the trash, wash the dishes and leave any towels/sheets in the plastic hamper provided in the bedroom. We appreciate your assistance in this so we do not have to charge any additional fees for cleaning.
TOWELS / LINENS:
White linens and bath towels are provided. Please leave these in the room.
Orange microfiber BEACH towels are for the pool and beach. Please bring them back to the room with you after your trip to the pool or beach.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, oven, coffeepot, microwave and toaster oven. Also included are utensils and cookware for your convenience. Grocery stores, bike rentals and most everything you need including a Wal-Mart are within walking distance.
CHECK OUT:
Check-out is before 11:00am. Turn all 3 keys to the hook on the inside of the door and you're on your way. Please respect that this time is needed to properly clean the unit. Most often we must get the unit ready for the next guest the same day. If you arrive early or depart late, you may be subject to an additional $100 charge.
