About the Property
The Kiernan Condo is your home away from home!! We want you to enjoy it as much as we do!! The condo is very spacious (over 1600 sq. Ft) which makes it easy to spread out and relax with family and friends. We offer free secured WiFi for our Kiernan condo guests, as well as free long distance phone calls in the US.

The Kiernan Condo is your home away from home!! We want you to enjoy it as much as we do!! The condo is very spacious (over 1600 sq. Ft) which makes it easy to spread out and relax with family and friends. We offer free secured WiFi for our Kiernan condo guests, as well as free long distance phone calls in the US.
The master bedroom has a king bed, along with a flat screen TV with Comcast cable and its own private bathroom. It also has a sliding glass door to the lanai or you can just lay in bed and enjoy looking out to the ocean while you sip your morning coffee. The second bedroom has two double beds, which is always a great space for the kids! The third bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from the second bedroom. The second bathroom (remodeled Dec 2015) is conveniently located for guests to share between the bedrooms.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need....microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (essential!) toaster, blender and so much more! It is ready for entertaining a big family meal or just preparing a romantic dinner for two.
The dining room seats eight comfortably around the table, as well as two bar stools at the counter. You can also enjoy your meals or drinks on the lanai, let the wind blow through your hair and watch the pelicans fly by.
The property has a heated swimming pool (in cool months) for all guests to enjoy, but there is NO life guard....So parents must be with the kids at all times. The pool area has lots of lounge chairs where you can just enjoy the peacefulness of the palm trees and the ocean air. From the pool, there is a private boardwalk which takes you over the dunes to the long, quiet beaches on the Atlantic. We love our beach access as our beach is usually very quiet from the crowds of people and you can nearly have it to yourself to enjoy!

We bought the condo shortly after our trip and frequently visited from California with our two young children.
