100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to check-in date.
50% refund if cancelled 31 - 59 days prior to check-in date.
0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in date unless a new rental agreement can be made in which the deposit (all money) will be refunded in full.

While in rural Alaska, we began commercial fishing for sockeye and coho salmon salmon in the Egegik and Ugashik Rivers. H 213 is quiet corner on the 2nd floor with a view of Haleakala. The lanai has been enlarged so that 4 people can enjoy the stunning sunrise over Haleakala, or enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family in the evening. Memorable Maui trip

We enjoyed the use of this lovely condo. It was clean and well organized. The owners put a lot of thought into gathering and sharing information on things to do and where to go. There was plenty of supplies at our disposal. Beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear,beach chairs ect. The washer and dryer came in handy We enjoyed it so much and highly recommend this to others interested in renting this condo. The location was great. We were able to walk to a few restaurants and stores. We took uber a few times to go further into town and it was very reasonable. We would definitely rent this condo again :)

This unit was bye far one of the best units we have stayed in at the Maui Baynan. This was our 7th trip to Maui and the first of many more to come. We enjoyed staying in this very upscale condo. It had all the amenities you could ask for, from the small appliances....including a coffee grinder and electric wine opener down to the beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels. This unit also had an ice maker and coolers for the beach. It is very well maintained and has an amazing amount of storage space so you don't feel like you are living out of a suit case. The granite counter tops and stainless add a nice touch to the condo and the bed was comfy. The unit is in quiet area and well maintained. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us to make sure we arrived ok and processed our cleaning deposit very quickly. We definitely would recommend this unit and look forward to staying here in the future.
