Linens for the master bedroom are provided at no charge. For the guest bedrooms, we prefer you bring your own linens. If you would like us to provide them, the fee is $15 per set - to cover the cost of having the cleaning service launder, and return them to the house. Mattress sizes are:

The lower deck fronts directly on Great Sacandaga Lake - great boating, fishing, hiking - and solitude in the hills behind us, and the mountains and hidden lakes behind them.
Entertainment:
All bedrooms come equipped with a wide-screen TV. The master bedroom smart-TV includes our NetFlix subscription and supports a wide variety of streaming content.
Upstairs and downstairs Entertainment Center (EC) TVs have connected Blu-Ray players and are enabled for streaming media, including NetFlix, via attached Roku devices. A 5.1 audio system is installed in the downstairs EC.
There are a number of books and DVDs in the house. A variety of board games are stored in the closet adjacent to the downstairs EC. There is also a piano keyboard.

We are directly on the lake. There are few homes in the area - most unoccupied in the off-season. No other nearby lakefront properties.
