About the Property
This is a corner view unit with windows on 2 sides and a furnished lanai facing the ocean with a southwest exposure to the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head. Great for private sunbathing. This is a corner view unit with windows on 2 sides and a furnished lanai facing the ocean with a southwest exposure to the Pacific Ocean and Diamond Head. Great for private sunbathing. It will sleep 4 people. It is furnished with a custom made queen sized sleeper/sofa and matching rattan and bamboo accented furniture. King size bed in bedroom.(FYI, other property management companies that rent units in Royal Kuhio often call their units one bedroom units, when they are actually studio units. The only one bedroom units are the corner units such as ours.)
We have seen many other units in the building and we think ours is the most desirable and the best value for a one bedroom rental unit. This unit has the best quality, contemporary furnishings and the most appliances and electronics.
1. The entire kitchen and bathroom were redone with new appliances, counters, cabinets and fixtures few years ago.
2. All new white carpeting has been installed
3. It has free unlimited phone service to North America
4. It has free unlimited high speed internet and wireless access
5. It has ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom and new air-conditioning units in both rooms
6. The living room has a new flat plan television with a DVD player, the bedroom has a new flat panel television
7. The bathroom is a separate room from the mirrors and sink area.

Not far from your Royal Kuhio condo rentals, there are two great attractions that every group will want to see. The Honolulu Zoo and the Waikiki Aquarium are two of the biggest attractions on Oahu. No trip to the area is complete without seeing the amazing creatures housed in both of these locations.
The Honolulu Zoo
Since 1876, the Honolulu Zoo has been home to many exotic creatures. This zoo is extremely unique in the fact that it came about through a grant from King Kalakaua. Originally, it housed the king's bird collection. The first mammals to be included in the zoo were a monkey, a bear, and lion cubs. Since then, the zoo has grown to it's current phenomenal size. This zoo is a great place to spend a part of your vacation. Children and adults alike will enjoy seeing the variety of animals. Since this attraction is not far from your Royal Kuhio beach rentals, you can make it a full day trip or even just a fun afternoon.
The Waikiki Aquarium
Also not far from your Royal Kuhio condo rentals is the Waikiki Aquarium. See wonders normally only found below the ocean's surface. At the Waikiki Aquarium, you will see many creatures that are almost unimaginable. Some are beautiful, others may make you scratch your head. The aquarium is great for families, individuals, or any type of group. There are nearly 4,000 creatures housed in this aquarium. Spend an afternoon getting to know the creatures of the sea. We were very happy and would have no hesitation in staying there again the next time we visit and referring it to our friends.
