When our children were young we visited St. Augustine many times and kept coming back. At that time, the only accommodations were impersonal hotels and all meals had to be purchased out. We decided to purchase our unit in Seaside at Anastasia after renting another unit for a week. We decided to purchase our unit in Seaside at Anastasia after renting another unit for a week. We soon realized that this was the way to go: the best location on the island, walking distance to so many things, a beautiful view, and everything we needed for a week, a month, or longer. No more hotels for us in St. Augustine.

We have rented homes for over a decade now. This is definitely the most organized and best stocked home that was shared with us. The location is perfect. It has easy assess to the beach and a short drive to other attractions. The views of the lake, pool, and ocean are breath taking. The home is clean and extremely comfortable. I found the owner and condo management easy to work with and available. My family and I look forward to visiting here again.
