Solvang has an ordinance that won't allow us to rent for less than 31 days unless we register as a hotel. So, that is what we have done, and we find that it works for us. Less wear and tear on the place, and a better rate. If you can't stay for the whole month, it still might make sense financially as our nightly rate average makes it very affordable.

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.

  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
Must cancel 30 days prior to stay in order to get your 25% deposit back

We are from Seattle and wanted to find a place in the Sun. We are golfers and found the River Course at the Alisal, a beautiful and affordable course less than a mile away.
