Charming 3 bed, 2 bath home with very large deck on quiet natural creek with private fishing dock. The house is very conveniently located near everything, comfortable, with everything you would need for a memorable Florida vacation.
The house is on Rocky Creek, a natural tidal estuary, which teems with life. Rays, manatees and the occasional porpoise as well as tons of different birds can be seen from your 1000 sq ft deck.
The master bedroom has a romantic king size four-poster bed overlooking the deck and creek. It also has a TV and a pretty en suite bath with a large walk in shower. The other two bedrooms share a full hall bath. One has a queen sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds.
The kitchen is well appointed with all appliances, dishes, cookware and glassware. The washer and dryer as well as an additional refrigerator are in the garage.
The fishing dock is private and you have 2 kayaks to explore the creek. We have some fishing equipment for your use as well. The yard is fenced. There is a gas grill with propane to grill a juicy steak or maybe even your catch!.
While the house is literally around the corner from numerous restaurants, shops, stores and services you would never know it when you sit on the porch or dock looking across the creek to a private conservation area. It's truly the best of both worlds.

Why This Property?
We live in the house next door. So are really close by if you need anything. But the house is entirely private and is yours for the duration of your stay. If you want to wave to us when you and I are both on our docks enjoying a cocktail at twilight, that would be lovely but optional.

What a vacation!! Julia`s house is a perfect family getaway. God location, clean, clear, spacious and quiet. The house was very equipped and had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Don`t think twice if you`re staying in Tampa with your family.
