This is absolutely the closest you can get to the beach. We are Pacific Blue Apartments and we are right at the beach south of the pier on the Strand. Between the property and the beach, there is only the one way road called the Strand with pedestrian walk ways on either side.
We've got free assigned parking in our lot and we've got all the complimentary beach equipment you need to enjoy a stay without having to lug it from home or from a parking spot blocks away. Help yourself to our boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys. We provide beach towels as well.
We have a large bbq on the rear patio.
The kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils or a long or short stay: full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, toaster, blender.

We've lived in the area for 35 years, and managed local property for over 25 years. It has always been our dream to own a property right on the ocean. We love that we are able to make it possible for so many others to experience a beautiful, relaxing stay at the beach.

Why This Property?
It doesn't get better than this. There is no comparison to being ocean front, right at the beach. The waves are mesmerizing to watch. The sound of the surf lulls you to sleep. Sunsets are gorgeous. Walking, jogging or bicycling along the Strand is the best!
We are walking distance to the pier, harbor, restaurants & shops.
