The house is custom-built with high-end finishes. It is just complete in 2019 and furnished with all furniture from Restoration Hardware. Heaven on Bay is nestling on the bayside of the Pointe West Resort. It has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, with an outdoor shower. It is professionally managed by GALVESTON LUXURY VACATION RENTALS.

PLEASE NOTE: It is very important to know that the dunes and bushes are the poisonous snakes’ habitat. Please stay off the dunes and bushes. Stay on the dune walkover getting to the beach. Always watch your steps when you walk on grasses or the dune walk-over.
BUGS: the ants, palmetto bugs, love bugs, and all kinds of bugs are always present in Galveston. Because we are in the coastal region and surrounded by wetlands. To minimize please do not bring food into the bedrooms. Please keep the kitchen area clear of open food overnight. Please keep living and ground floor areas crumb-free to prevent ants from coming into the house.
Mosquitos and bugs are ever-present on Galveston Island. Closing the doors and Switching off lights by the doorways when entering and exiting will help minimize mosquitos from making their way inside.
NEW CONSTRUCTION:
The house is in underdeveloped communities. We do not know exactly when new construction will start or how long to expect construction on any one house to last. You may reserve a house at a time when there is no construction, but it may begin prior to your arrival.
We regret any inconvenience that may result. We have no control over these situations and are unable to refund you the money.
HOUSE RULES:
• We DO NOT accept prom, homecoming, wedding, house parties, house gathering. If violated you would be asked to leave and lose all your rental money and security deposit.
• Absolutely No Smoking (any kind including vapor), No Animals. The property is strictly smoke and animal-free zone due to family members, children, and grandchildren having severe allergies and asthma. We have a very strict policy on these rules.
• Our minimum booking age is 30. The ID will be required.
• A signed rental agreement by the primary guest and a copy of his/her driver's license must be returned within 48 hours of booking or your booking would be canceled. We do need all the first and last names and ages of your guests.
• The Primary Guest ( the one had paid for the booking) must check-in at the property and be there for an entire stay or we have the right to refuse occupancy, cancel the reservation and retain the full payment and the security deposit.
• Maximum occupancy is up to 16 (including infant and up) at any time. Only registered guests (listed on the rental agreement) are entitled to stay at the house. Having day guests, unless pre-approved in writing, will be charged for $100/day /guest. Day guests are any guests beyond those who are registered or listed on the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION:
• Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we are not able to accept the cancellation that occurs less than 90 days to the arrival date. Cancellation of 90 days or more prior to your check-in date receives a full refund less a $200 cancellation fee and the VRBO/ HomeAway service fee
• Cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival date will not receive a refund. With all the effort, we will try to rebook and refund the difference.
• No credit will be given for shortened stays due to the last arrival or early departure for any reason.
• Cancellation due to weather, rain, severe storms, or hurricanes will not receive the refund.
• Confirmation of your booking dates: Please note that we sometimes receive multiple inquiries for the same dates and reservations are ONLY confirmed once payment has been made and a signed rental agreement has been received with 48 hours of booking with a copy of your photo government-issued ID. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates
• If you have not agreed with any term of the agreements, you will have up to 72 hours after you receive the rental agreement to cancel with full refunds. After 72 hours, the 90-days-before-and-after-cancellation rule will be applied.
Because of our strict cancellation policy, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND GUESTS SHOULD PURCHASE THE CANCELLATION PROTECTION, TRIP INTERRUPTION, OR TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AND DURING THE HURRICANE SEASON, June 1 to Nov 31. It is not much, but it's sure to save you a lot of headaches.
