The North Cape May Community Pool is only 2 blocks away (opens mid June, Closes Saturday before Labor Day). The house features Air Conditioning, Free Wifi, a 50' Plasma HDTV with Xfinity High Definition in the Living Room, and an additional Xfinity High Definition TV in the Master Bedroom. A Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee is also included. There is a very large screened gazebo in the back yard (14 x 20). The large back yard is fully fenced. The oversized furniture in the gazebo can seat 10 comfortably.

Couch and love seat (new 2012), 50' plasma HDTV with Xfinity high definition service and a DVD player. WiFi and HBO included. BluRay DVD player allows access to Netflix and other internet services. Bright & breezy with four windows and front door with screen.
KITCHEN/DINING
Full size stove (new 2012), microwave (new 2012), full size refrigerator (2012), small appliances (toaster, blender, Keurig coffeemaker with an assortment of coffee). Table with four chairs. Three windows and door to fenced back yard. Includes cookware, dishes and utensils.
BEDROOM 1
Queen bed and plenty of furniture and closet space for storage. Three windows. HDTV with Xfinity high definition service and DVD player. WiFi included. BluRay DVD player allows access to Netflix and other internet services.
BEDROOM 2
Queen bed, closet and small dresser, two windows.
BATHROOM
Full size tub/shower. This room was remodeled in 2011.
BACK YARD
Huge 14' x 20' fully screened (even under the floor!) gazebo! Huge oversized furniture for 10, including a couch, two cushioned rocking chairs, end table, coffee table, HUGE dining table with 6 cushioned chairs. The back yard is VERY large and fully fenced. The lot size is approximately 65' x 125'

Linens are NOT included. You will need sheets and comforters for 2 queen beds. You will also need pillows and towels. There is no cleaning fee, but the house should be reasonably clean upon checkout (i.e. dishes washed and returned, major stains/spills cleaned, trash taken outside, etc.).
Changeovers/cleaning is performed by the owners to insure cleanliness and the prompt return of your security deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR DOG OWNERS:
All dogs must be 'well traveled' and accustomed to staying in new and different locations. If this would be the first time your dogs have stayed away from home, please do not book my property. Almost all dogs under 35 pounds are welcomed. Some larger dogs are also accepted, but please be sure to mention the specific breed or mix when you send an inquiry. There is a nonrefundable fee of $100 per dog.
All Weeks are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4 PEOPLE
Under no circumstances shall any guest occupy the property that is not listed on the rental agreement (per my insurance policy). Violations of this policy or of the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
