Why This Property?
I am a Realtor and this property was mentioned in a breakfast meeting. My family went to look at it and we loved the spacious single story unit. Most units at Seascape Resort and 2 story townhome style stacked on top of other units. We really liked this unit because we can walk directly to the beach path from the unit. NO stairs. Unique Benefits
This is an ADA compliant unit. It also has been updated in the last 2 years. Bathrooms are modern. Kitchen is a full kitchen with lot's of space. Relaxing on the patio watching and hearing the ocean sounds is wonderful. We are also next to a grove which makes for beautiful peaceful landscape.
