are no taller buildings in its way. You see it all – the entire peninsula that forms Ocean City
from the ocean to the bay.
You’ll have the convenience of a in-suite, private elevator to move between the 2 levels. Of course, you can also use steps if you choose.
Our summer weekly rentals are Friday to Friday. Partial weeks are also considered, depending on the calendar.
For 2015, the Quay has replaced its 3 elevators with high speed, business-class elevators.
Arriving to the 25th floor takes 40 seconds (with no other floor stops of course!).

Stayed here June 2015 owner very friendly offered very good tour of condo explained Everything offered travel ideas at the OC and dolphins jumping out of water as we looked out the Breath taking view of OC. WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYONE. even has a cool elevator that takes u to the second floor of the penthouse.
Just returned home from a very relaxing mini-week vacation in this beautiful, spotlessly clean, efficient beach condo. The weather was not the best for a beach vacation, but we still enjoyed ourselves at the Quay. This penthouse is very simply and tastefully decorated. The idea that less is more allowed for a very quick and easy pick-up each day. I would have liked to have had 2-3 more mixing/serving bowls and a couple of large sharp knives would have made meal preparation a little easier. My children suggested adding a blender to the small kitchen appliances, as they enjoy smoothies and they also thought there should be a peep hole installed in the doors, as one evening someone knocked on the door, my husband was out and they were frightened for me to open the door We all enjoyed the large pool on the days that afforded its' use. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in vacationing in Ocean City. I fear however, that I may have been spoiled with the elevator in the unit and may never want to use stairs again!
My family of 4 stayed here for 1 week. The owner was great to deal with-answered all questions before and during our stay. The unit is very clean and nicely updated. I was not disappointed about not having a balcony as I have 2 children-6 and 2 years old. The view is breathtaking! I agree with the other review-its amazing to look out at night and see all of the lights. The elevator was interesting - Thankfully there was a key to lock it at night so I didn't have to worry about my 6 year old taking a ride! The owner set up cleaning service and linens as I requested. Don't forget beach towels as I brought them just in case and was so happy I did! Oh-and I loved the fact that there weren't any breakables although my daughter did manage to break the cup coasters. I didn't have to rearrange anything when we arrived - it is simply yet tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend staying here.
What a lovely unit, the views were spectacular and the pictures do not do justice to the unit. Completely remodeled and very tastefully done, clean and very well maintained. The owner was wonderful to deal with, and on hand for any questions. Best owner experience we've ever had. We would recommend highly for a luxurious getaway, especially for couples. You will not be dissapointed. We plan to stay here again.
My family and I recently stayed here for vacation. The views of southern Ocean City were amazing, especially at night. You can see everything, all the way to the inlet. The unit was clean and well-maintained with upgraded kitchen equipment. The elevator was very cool. The owner made renting this unit a breeze. He was very friendly and was always there to answer any question I had, before and during vacation. I would stay here again!!
