The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 60 days before check-in.

Deposit Requirements
We take one half of the rent as a deposit and the second half plus security deposit 8 weeks before arrival. The security deposit is refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds will be given unless notice of cancellation is received prior to 60 days of scheduled start of rental period and unless owner or agent is able to re rent for the same terms and conditions as above. A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the rent will apply to cover the costs of additional rental activities.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

Please leave the house picked up and in good order, dishes done, trash out, a little tidying up. Consideration is appreciated.

Phone numbers as well as emergency phone numbers are posted at the house.
Trash pickup is on Wed and Sat. No loose trash, simply bag and put in the bin.
