Each bedroom is an En-Suite with private bath that includes dual sink vanities. You will find two King Suites and a double Queen Suite. Spacious living areas provide plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen is well equipped so you can cook as extravagantly or as simply as you prefer. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. A very large patio with exceptional views of Sand Flats Recreational area and the La Sal mountains has a gas barbecue for all your grilling needs and a great fire pit for hanging out in the evening. The oversized garages will accommodate your Moab toys. In the garage you will find an electric hoist for removing your Jeep top and hooks to hang and protect your doors. For those here to mountain bike, you will find a bicycle rack for necessary maintenance or repairs. The garage door opening is 8' and the ceilings are 9' so even the big off-road vehicles can make it inside.

Each room has its own dual vanity bathroom. We have a biker repair rack in the garage because we know many guests come for road or mountain biking. We have a hoist in the garage to lift your Jeep top on those great days of wheeling. We wanted to provide the things we were looking for in a vacation home.
