It's the grown-up playhouse you've always wanted! Bright, airy, with thoughtful touches that will appeal to the adult in you, all while maintaining a fun, playful atmosphere. Wake up each morning knowing you're close enough to everything to play hard, or just relax on the beach-- only 154 yards away. The elevator makes getting your luggage and groveries to the top floor a piece of cake, while the game room offer something for everyone including foosball, pool, and a card table. And speaking of "pool" the Playhouse has its own private pool and hot tub in the backyard.

Situated only one house back from the ocean and facing the beach road, ocean views are visible right from the house. Wraparound decks for both sun and shade offer plenty of places to relax while the free Wi-Fi and 9 TVs keep you in touch with the world. The downstairs kitchenette is perfect for snacks and libations either around the pool, or in the game room. This is a playhouse everyone can enjoy.

This house is walking distance to the Sonic for ice cream and La Fogata's for great Mexican food. Grocery and other shopping is right across the main road. Plus, you're only minutes away from outlet shopping and restaurants. Going Fishing? Our Fun N Sun partner The Outer Banks Pier , would be happy to see you. Just want to see some fish? Then head on over to Manteo and see the Roanoke Island Aquarium .
