Why This Property?
We are 2 blocks from the Ocean and Boardwalk. The house was built in the 1920's and is located in the Historic District of Atlantic City which 4 is blocks from Ventnor City. Almost all of the homes in this area have historic value and are well preserved and maintained.
Unique Benefits
The house is just a one mile up the Boardwalk from the Tropicana and a little farther to Resorts. Casino's such as the Borgata, Harrah's and Golden Nugget in the Marina District where there is no housing other than the Casinos. The jitney stop is on the next block and the city bus stops on the corner in front of the house.
