The villa is located in the foothills of the Babadag mountain range, close to the border between the Aegean and Mediterranean regions of Turkey. There are far reaching views over the valley that extends down to the sea at รlรผdeniz. We therefore have beautiful mountain views on all sides (plus a modest sea view,) with one of the finest beaches on the Mediterranean just 4 km. away.
The elevated position often provides a refreshing breeze, even in the summer months, whilst the full width West facing terrace provides shade in the morning and early afternoon for those that want it. For the dedicated sun enthusiasts though, some part of the tiled area surrounding the pool is in the sun all day.
The villa is in a quiet location, away from traffic, but there are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within reasonable walking distance. It is suitable for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun, and is within easy reach of beautiful beaches and the attractive harbour town of Fethiye.
