Please eat only in kitchen area. We have a pest control service come out quarterly, but we need our guests to help by keeping all food in the kitchen area.
Please hang up wet bathing suits and beach towels on wet clothing line outside. Please don’t hang wet items on the banisters / railing inside or outside.
Grill must be used on ground level, at least 10 feet away from house. Please place grill on carpet mat to catch drippings. If you use grill, please clean it. Guests are responsible for propane. Prior to check out, grill is to be place back in storage room on the mat.
No Pets. No illegal drug use. No Smoking, Vaping, or Electronic Cigarettes inside the home.
If running the Heat or AC, please keep doors and windows shut. Please turn off water when not in use. Please be sure to turn off the outside water spigot after each use.
Please do not take any property items we provide to our guests. Fees will apply to any missing items. In addition, any broken items will be charged as well. Furniture should not be moved or rearranged.
Service call cost is a minimum of $95. Keep strainer in place in kitchen disposal / sink. Do not overload the washer or dryer.

Living Area and Kitchen – Sweep and vacuum. Wipe down coffee tables and end tables.
Bedrooms - Clean all linens and return to proper place. The linens should be folded and placed on corner of bed. The towels should be folded and put back in the bathrooms and extras in the laundry room. The comforter should be on the bed with sheets folded on the corner ready for next guest.
