Grocery shopping during your stay:
If you want us to do the grocery shopping for you, ahead of time or during your stay, we will be happy to do your shopping for you. Please contact us if you should require our assistance and remember that we charge a 15% shopping service fee on the total amount of your grocery bill.
All inclusive:
If you choose the all-inclusive meal option (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner plus unlimited bottled water, soft drinks, tea, coffee and 1/2 bottle of white or red wine per guest will be served at the desired time), please note that this only includes meals and beverages prepared and served in the villa and only for the persons registered in your party. The all-inclusive includes lobsters, shrimps or steaks and is not valid in any restaurants, bars, etc., outside the villa. This all inclusive option will be an additional charge of $175 per person. Kids up to 13 years of age are free of charge.
Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa no matter what options you will choose to have.
Our staff lives on the property in their own staff quarter on the ground level. They can assist you with sourcing a full range of amenities ranging from a variety of excursions ( scuba diving , windsurfing, deep sea fishing , buggy) to restaurants, golf, tickets to events, nightclubs reservations, transfer to and from other places as well. Our villa manager speaks English and Spanish and will greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

We bought this property because it is located directly on the beach of the Caribbean Sea in Cap Cana, a private gated community retreat inside Punta Cana. Cap Cana is made up of 30,000 acres of flawless beaches, and oceanfront valley roads. It is the ideal destination for any type of traveler, with a variety of things to do, such as, water sports and outdoor activities, and high quality restaurants. This destination is also home to Punta Espada Golf Club, which is considered one of the best golf courses in the Caribbean. Cap Cana also holds one of the most spectacular marinas in the world, famous and accredited by international journals for its fishing. All of these amenities combined with Cap Cana’s turquoise waters and white sand beaches make it one of the most beautiful and desirable vacation spots in the world.
