CANCELLATIONS - A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment, unless the owner is able to secure another renter, in which cas ... more +
House Rules
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash can(s), and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d. The key is put back in the lock box and unit is left locked.

We have been renting our home located on the springs for over 6 years. We love our guests and want you to enjoy your stay in our special location. We stay in touch from the time you inquire to the time you depart. We are always here to help with anything needed.
Why This Property?
Stay with us and avoid the costs of renting kayaks and tubes, transportation fees and park entrance fees (not to mention waiting in long, hot lines for hours). Perfect for family reunions and other gatherings. Use of 18 single-person kayaks,3 paddle boards and 15 tubes included at no charge!

River house fun

Our family and friends enjoyed exploring the river with the hosts kayaks, tubes, and SUP boards. Our only regret is not booking our trip longer. It was the most relaxing and fun vacation we have been on. We hope to return again and again!

Rainbow river retreat review

Property as described on listing, large yard perfect for large group and children. Easy access to river. Property manager readily available for any questions or concerns we had. Great spot to stay on the Rainbow river.

Very organized and plenty of everything needed for a great stay. My only one suggestion was a high chair would have been nice to have.

Carolina Campers Easter Trip

The location was perfect. The huge outside space allowed the children lots of room to run and play. The swimming area was fantastic for the children. There were so many kayaks, paddle boards, tubes; there was something for everyone-young and old! The house was very spacious and clean! It was very well equipped with all items we needed. The host was very responsive, too. The entire situation was fantastic. We had a fabulous trip. Thank you so much. We hope to come again.

A Wonderful Week

We loved it. The location on the river is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks. The house was everything that was promised. Teri the property manager was excellent to deal with.
