Beautifully updated! As of November, 2018, we will have a newly remodeled kitchen and guest bath! Located on the peaceful section of Crescent Beach, you are just steps away from the beautiful beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From your private lanai, you can watch pods of dolphins swim by while pelicans glide and dive! When you're ready for some action, you can easily rent jet skis, sailboats, catamarans, kayaks, go para-sailing, charter a fishing boat, or take in a sightseeing excursion. There are four restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy refreshments, snacks, or gourmet meals. Plus, more great restaurants, sports bars, movie theater, bookstore and fine boutique shops are a ten minute walk away on the street side.
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 5 comfortably and offers all the comforts of home for you and your family. We have a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a brand new stainless steel washer, dryer and café style refrigerator. While completely air conditioned, there are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room. We also have ceiling fans on the front porch and on the lanai. We also provide free Wi-Fi. In the living room we've upgraded our TV to a new 65 inch OLED for you to enjoy!
The open concept dining area and comfortable, well appointed living room lead directly to your private lanai. You will not want to miss a single sunset! The master bedroom features a king size bed, access to the lanai, a walk-in closet and an on-suite bathroom with granite vanity, dual sinks and walk-in granite and glass rain shower. The second bedroom has a twin size bed and a queen size bed, also features an on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll find tennis rackets and tennis balls for your use in the walk-in closet. You'll find Pickle Ball rackets and balls here too. Additionally, we have a semi-private enclosed entry veranda that can function as a third sleeping space on our new futon full-size sleeper sofa.
What else makes Somerset 106 special? You won't feel like you are in a high-rise condo. No more waiting for elevators in a cold swim suit! You can use the elevator if you like, but it's easier to use our private spiral staircase that leads from our lanai to the ground floor, steps from either pool or the Gulf of Mexico. By the way, The Somerset is the only condo building on Marco featuring 2 heated pools! Plus, we have a state-of-the-art new fitness center!
Somerset guests also enjoy two private tennis courts, one of which is now striped for pickle ball, two heated pools and four charcoal grills. Plus, just a few steps from our front door, we have covered, assigned, free parking for your convenience!
There is nothing more relaxing than to begin your day sipping coffee on the lanai watching for dolphins and pelicans, and end your day admiring the amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Bonus: Our condo comes with your own private cabana! Inside, you'll find a new Kettler ping pong table with 4 paddles and plenty of ping pong balls. Stay active! We have four, new, adult 3-speed bicycles so you can explore the Island by bike. For the beach, you'll find a selection of chairs, loungers, umbrellas and coolers. In addition, we've got lots of noodles, pails, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, paddle ball sets, soccer balls, volleyballs and footballs to share with you.
