LOCATION:
Whistler's Emerald Estates peaceful subdivision is central to Whistler's abundance of year-round activities. We're four miles from the action of Whistler Village. Hike, ski, golf, swim, boat, skate, horse ride, river raft, zipline... your choices are practically endless! Green Lake is a short walk from the chalet that offers boating and water sports in the warmer seasons, and skating, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing when frozen.
LIVING SPACE:
From the well equipped kitchen with bar-style island, to the dining area overlooking the sunken living room the open-style flow is perfect for gathering - with just enough separation. The living room layout is ideal for meetings or games with comfy leather couches and additional bench seating - perfect for relaxing after a day in the great outdoors.
Stone, massive beams, granite, wrought iron, wood, leather and lodge quilts will remind you you've left the city behind.

• Dining table seats 10 (with bench seating for flexibility); adjacent kitchen island has 5 stools.
• Living room has 2x 3-seat couches, loveseat, 2 armchairs - 10 can comfortably gather on leather seating. Additional bench seating in the living room.
• Total of 15 people in 13 separate beds - no bunks. We provide premium bedding for all beds and mats.
• Additional 7 half-king high density mats available in the large rooms. Although mats are comfortable for adults the configuration may not be ideal for mature adults.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
You'll find 2 huge master suites which are are flexible for either couples or a large family suite.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are small queen bedrooms that are perfect for 1 or 2 people in each.
Each bed has a featherbed or memory foam topper and premium bedding for a deep, restful sleep.
Bathrooms: each master suite has a full ensuite bathroom. A 3-room bathroom on the main floor includes a sauna and steam shower.
INCLUDED:
Private off-street parking is available for 3-5 vehicles (depending on snowfall), foyer with hanging storage for 17 pairs of skis plus heated boot storage. The large, gently sloping lot has gardens planted in the summer and encircled by trees for privacy. We use exterior security cameras.
Also equipped with laundry, wifi, bbq, soaps, sauna & steam room. For more details on amenities see our website.

Why This Property?
We love Emerald Estates! It is a beautiful 7-minute drive from the action of Whistler Village and yet the neighborhood is so peaceful - it's the best of both worlds. As we drive along and see scenic Green Lake on the right we just give a big sigh and life's problems just seem to melt away.

**There are 11 separate beds, plus mats available for additional sleeping, if needed. With 2 people in each large bed (king or queens) the house will sleep 15 guests in beds.
**The dining area has benches for flexible seating, plus additional seating at the kitchen island.
**Living room has lots of leather seating. Benches allow for additional space when needed.
**The house is within walking distance to beautiful Green Lake (also the only lake in Whistler that allows motor watercraft). There is a private park with play area nearby, and a beautiful 20-minute 'loop walk' with interesting houses. Other little-known walks in the area.

We had 9 adults and 7 children (all ages 4 and under) staying here. The place was great for all of us. The website is excellent in providing all the information. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner, Virginia, is excellent and very helpful. She responds to your emails really quick and tries to do everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The parking area can fit up to 4 cars which was perfect for us. This place is close to Whistler (about 10 minutes drive). The 2 master bedrooms are huge and spacious. The living room can well accommodate 12 people comfortably. It was a nice cozy living room for friends to gather around and talk. I would definitely come back here again!!!
