Relax in a professionally decorated retreat and enjoy AMAZING VIEWS from the 7th floor beachfront balcony of one of the coolest family-friendly resorts in Panama City Beach- SPLASH! This beautiful condo has a full bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. There is room for 6 with bunks in the hallway, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a second full size bathroom. A large wardrobe cabinet in the hallway offers plenty of extra storage space. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops & a Keurig Duo. Keyless entry allows for immediate access upon arrival time and there is no room key to lose. Two beach chairs w/ umbrella have already been reserved for all guests who stay between March and October. Free WiFi is available. There are also games, beach toys, DVD's and books available in the condo for guests to use during their stay. Most importantly, this condo is directly managed by the owner for prompt communication and personalized service!
SPLASH is a luxury gulf-front resort that has set a new standard for FAMILY vacations by offering something for all ages including a children's interactive waterpark & lazy river, lil' tot splash pad, covered and uncovered pools, ping pong, hot tub, fitness center, pool-side bar & grill (seasonal), and gas grills available for use by guests. Resort "quiet hours" are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.. There is an Alvin's Island Beach Store conveniently attached to the large covered parking garage and accessible by a brightly decorated skywalk!
SPLASH requires a Registration Form listing all occupants and a one-time fee of $30 due upon arrival for parking passes & arm bands (which are required for use of pools and other amenities). Signing guest must be at least 25 years old, provide Photo ID at arrival, and be an occupant during the entire rental period. This is a resort for families NOT College &/or high school groups.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. (Central time) but if the housekeeper gets done early, I will contact you and let you know for early check-in. Check-out is at 10 a.m. Your door code will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your arrival to the phone number &/or email address that you provide.
This is a NO SMOKING condo in a NO SMOKING resort. Anyone smoking in the condo, on the balcony, or anywhere on the property will face eviction, loss of all rent & fees and additional fines. Guest will be responsible for anything missing, damaged or permanently stained.
A Rental Agreement will be required for you to review and e-sign during the booking process. A $350 Security/Damage Deposit will automatically be placed as a hold (not a charge) on the credit card on file and will be released after guest departure.

The owner of this property requires a 50% down payment to reserve and full payment 30 days before check-in.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Love Love Love this condo. Very clean and very well stocked with everything you would need. New patio furniture on the deck was really comfy and nice. We loved it here. We was down for a week and it felt like home. But the best part of all was the Host Andrea she checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. That is so important when your staying somewhere. The bed slept wonderful and the bunk beds were great if you have little ones. Washer and dryer was brand new and was awesome. She also was replacing the dishwasher, microwave and stove the day we were leaving. Even though the ones in there worked great. She really cares about her property so if your wanting the best of both worlds Host and Condo I recommend renting 705 West from Mrs. Ryan. There was not one thing that I seen that needed improving. We had the best vacation! Andrea provided early check in so we beat the rush and we’re able to get settled in so easily! Check in was super smooth. Andrea is easy to contact and was very helpful! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Splash was so fun especially for my 6 year old. It was so nice to options to play at one of the 3 pools or the beach. The view is breathtaking and we were super impressed with how quiet the condo was other places we have stayed you could hear everything but here we had no issues! Because you are so far west the beach wasn’t super packed! Overall great location and stay! We were super happy! Andrea also provided basically everything you could need! Movies, games, Boogie boards, sand toys, flash lights, etc! She thought of everything!
Very clean and well decorated unit in the Splash resort. Andrea was a wonderful host that checked on us during the tropical storm. Perfect location and resort for families with young kids.
We had a great time, can’t say enough great things about this condo! ❤️
