One bedroom, one bath condo with an open floor plan a large living room, dinning area with seating for 6 and walkthrough to the kitchen. The living room has a corner queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. There are also 2 twin rollaway beds.
Full size kitchen stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, etc. It includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large closet with sliding doors, a dresser and a flat panel TV.
The building has 2 large elevators.
Linens and towels are provided.
Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 10 AM

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise
No noise, odors or vibrations shall be created in the Unit which may be reasonably expected to penetrate to adjoining Units and neighboring properties and to cause annoyance to the occupants of same. No activities which are prohibited by law shall be conducted in the Unit. No hazardous materials shall be used or stored in the Unit
No hibachi, grill, or other similar devices used for cooking, heating, or any other purposes can be used or kindled on any balcony
Daily housekeeping is not provided
