Why This Property?
The weather in the Midwest can be pretty unforgiving, especially in Winter so we started making annual trips to Gulf Shores for over 25 years staying in different condo complexes . We found Ocean House to be our favorite for many reasons and decided to become owners and have not regretted that decision.
Unique Benefits
Our condo is a corner unit with two balconies, perfect for dolphin watching in the mornings. Privacy is something we value and Ocean House affords that by only having 6 units per floor making for a peaceful stay. We love the zero entry heated pool as well. We are late posting this, but I wanted to let you know that we had a great time as usual in Colleen's beautiful Condo and everything else Gulf Shores has to offer. We will be back next year!

We had another great vacation in this condo! This year’s upgrades that we love are the bar height table and chairs on the beach side balcony, new doors on pantry and master bedroom closet and the keyless entry. All of these are great! Colleen’s condo is always well stocked and very clean. Everything you need and more. We look forward to our vacation in this condo every year. Colleen is wonderful to rent from.

Wonderful Condo

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores, AL. The condo looks exactly like the photos and it was extremely clean. We never even saw a bug or cobweb! It had everything we needed including many kitchen appliances. The view was beautiful. We loved dolphin watching in the morning and star gazing at night. Colleen was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely rent this condo again! We hope to be back sooner than later!

We are repeat renters of this unit. The condo is perfect for our group with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We really appreciate all the things Colleen does with her unit. This year there was new flooring and additional beds. Anyone thinking of renting from Colleen, will be very happy if they do.

Such an awesome condo. Very clean with enough beds for everyone! Right on the beach but with access to a pool. Great views in a great location!
