It is steps away from the ocean and comes with all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM!
Located on the fifth floor of Building 2, this ocean view villa features a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat, a 32"' Roku/streaming TV and DVD player, wireless internet throughout the unit, and FREE long distance calling within the Continental US. There is a slider to the balcony that is also shared with the master bedroom. Outside is a new (2019) counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table.
The dining room is off the kitchen and has seating for six. The kitchen has updated appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, and bar seating for two as well as a full-sized washer and dryer!
The master bedroom has double doors off the living room, a king bed, and a 36" TV. There is a private bath with a garden tub and separate brand new (2020) tiled shower, and there is a slider to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queens, a 32" TV and DVD player, and a writing desk. The private bath has a brand new (2020) tub/shower combo, and there is a slider to a private balcony with a new (2019) counter-height patio set with 2 chairs and a table. This villa has everything your family needs for a memorable trip to beach!
The Villamare complex offers the ultimate in resort vacation accommodations. Centrally located in Palmetto Dunes, Villamare features a large oceanfront pool and hot tub, indoor fitness center with pool, sauna, hot tub, and exercise room (free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment), and beautifully landscaped grounds surrounding a lush central pond and fountains. The Fazio golf course, tennis center, the Marriott and Omni hotels, eateries, and bike/canoe rentals all are within easy walking distance. Please leave motorcycles at home as they are not permitted in Palmetto Dunes.
Enjoy the FREE PALMETTO DUNES BUGGY (March through October) shuttle service to Shelter Cove, grocery and dining, and other locations within Palmetto Dunes. Just call for a pickup. Palmetto Dunes Guest Pass fee is separate from rental fee and is paid at the PD Guest Pass Office.

There are no cancellations within 30 days of the date of arrival. If you cancel prior to 30 days and IF we are able to fill the vacancy, you will receive 100% of the deposit less a $75 cancellation fee. If we are not able to fill the vacancy, you will receive 75% of the deposit amount.

Why This Property?
We are a family of 4 in Atlanta and have enjoyed watching our children grow up at our condo.
We have been coming to Villamare in Palmetto Dunes since 1988, shortly after it was built. We are so happy to be able to offer all of the Villamare amenities to our guests.
