About the Property
Our beach house is located just 100 yards from the beach. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The house is technically a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. Our beach house is located just 100 yards from the beach. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The house is technically a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. Both units have their own fully equipped kitchens. The upstairs master bedroom is located on its own level and has a king sized bed, a 32' flat screen TV, and a really nice private bathroom. On each of the main floors there is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. Each living room has a 42' flat panel TV with DVD player. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a dining deck off the living room off of each main floor. There is a rooftop deck which walks up from the dining deck and offers great ocean views. There are two outdoor showers and a patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has central air in the upper unit, and ductless units in lower unit. Other amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, dishwashers, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 8 beach badges are provided.

My wife and I purchased this house in 2016. We love spending time at the shore with our 3 young kids. We hope our guests enjoy the house as much as we do. We wish we could use it more!

Why This Property?
We've had our eyes open for the right place for a few years and when we came upon this one it was perfect. Big, quiet, and close to the beach.... and only a short bike ride to the center of town. We are excited to own a little piece of the beach and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Stay together but have your own space! While we market and rent this house as a single unit, it is technically a duplex with separate entrances and separate fully equipped kitchens. Stay together but have your own space! While we market and rent this house as a single unit, it is technically a duplex with separate entrances and separate fully equipped kitchens. That means that you can vacation together with friends or extended family, but still have time to yourselves. The pressure to eat every meal together or go to bed at the same time is gone. Have younger kids with early bedtimes? Put them to bed in one unit and be able to enjoy time with the adults in the other without worrying about "sleeping babies" or "keeping the kids up." Taking little ones to the beach can be a chore, but by being so close to the beach it is easy to get back and forth for snacks, lunches, sunblock and bathroom breaks.

The property was perfect for entertaining guests and enjoying the views of the ocean and the bay. We could walk into Beach Haven easily for meals or shopping. Information provided by the owner was very comprehensive. It could not have been any better. [Imported from our other listing sites]

My family and I stayed here for a long wedding weekend and utilized both units. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! The rooftop was wonderful and the backyard was great for cooking out. I will definitely be planning to come back to this house in the future. It was just perfect. Thanks for the great stay! This place was clean, bright, and airy, with enough space for our families to spread out and be comfortable. It was maybe a three minute walk to the beach which was great with all of our little ones and their beach gear. The manual provided was so helpful in knowing what to expect.
