In 2009 this home was completely remodeled and upgraded with the finest amenities and furnishings making it ideal for that modern but casual indoor/outdoor California lifestyle.
This home features a large pool, decks and grounds with beautiful mountain and ocean views, 3 Large bedrooms all with king size beds and massive ocean views, 4 Fireplaces, 3.5 baths which are finished with mahogany cabinets, marble & mosaic stone. With a seperate home office.
All bedrooms & almost every room in the home have amazing views of the Montecito Country Club, the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands, Santa Barbara and it's coastline all the way to Ventura.
The master suite includes a private living area/den with a wet bar, fireplace and flat screen TV, and a private patio, wonderful for getting away from it all, but also a great place for small children to sleep close to Mom & Dad.
State of the art entertainment systems are though out the home and Pool area.
The lower level includes a seperate living area/den with fireplace, sofa bed, flat screen TV, sound system, full bath with jacuzzi tub and a large view bedroom with flat screen TV. All on the pool level making ideal for a kids hang out.
The gourmet kitchen hosts sleek stainless steel appliances, a center island with gas cook top and a dining counter for 4. The adjacent dining room has seating for 6, enjoy the protected outdoor patio off the kitchen with a three tiered cascading stone waterfall, a large stainless steel gas BBQ, a teak dining table for 6 and separate conversation area with seating for 4.
Centrally located and a 5 minutes drive to either the upper or lower Villages of Montecito both with unique restaurants and chic shopping, Butterfly beach and the Four Season Hotel and Spa, and the Coral Casino. The SB Zoo, downtown Santa Barbara and harbor are all within a 10 minute or less drive.

What a fantastic home. It has 3 huge master bedrooms with their own private baths. Amazing kitchen, amazing views, so much character and detail and love when into this home. Great living room to stay and hang out in. Also has one additional bedroom/office with its own private bath if needed. There are over 100 places to sit throughout the house (fun fact). So much lounging to be done, we hardly left the house. This place is perfect for 3 couples or a large family. Location is fantastic. Sip coffee while watching the sunrise or have a glass of wine while the sun sets.....every room has a view. But....even with the great house, Vonna's professionalism and helpfulness really puts its over the top. If I could give her 6 stars I would! Totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you again Vonna and I'm already dreaming of my next stay there.
Amazing home with all you could ask for- spacious, awesome 70's décor, views for ever, great kitchen and gathering spaces. We will be back!
This home is unique with many interesting features. We called it the James Bond House.....Like from the Roger Moore era. The pictures tell the story and we were not disappointed when we walked in the door. The decor is unusual (not odd, just not usual) which we all loved. The home has its own very distinct personality. We found it a perfect fit for three couples looking to get away and enjoy some sun. The deck is spectacular with multiple areas to relax and we found ourselves spending the majority of our three day weekend at home because no one wanted to leave. The neighborhood is charming and a great area for morning runs or walks. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we WILL be back.
The home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony are amazing to wake up to and little things like the Dutch door in one of the bathrooms by the pool is a charming touch to the home. The home is worth the price and it is perfect for kids that love to swim. Making s'mores by the fire pit while taking in the beach views, and the gorgeous foliage makes for a vacation to remember for years. The interior of the home has some interesting funky furnishings mixed with modern décor. The kitchen is beautiful and is the perfect morning gathering place or coffee on the deck while taking in the palm trees and beach views. This was a great getaway!
We arrived at this property mid October, last year, to a wonderful surprise. We had viewed the home on line and were very excited for our long weekend stay. But when we arrived and walked through the grand front door, our excitement turned to complete awe! The photos couldn't capture the spectacular view and the warmth and comfort of the home. We are leaving for our third stay later this month and will continue to visit as often as possible, three times a year is what we're averaging now! We have been fortunate to travel extensively. One of my favorite places is the Amalfi Coast, Italy. I enjoy this home in this city just as much if not more (much closer). I would not only recommend this property, I would say you must go!
