Additionally and at the sole discretion of Siesta Dunes management, as protection for unit owners, Siesta Dunes Reserves the right to collect a damage security deposit of any amount up to a 1.00 per square ft of unit size and provide a refund to the guest within 14 days after departure if no extra charges are incurred.

After several years of enjoyable vacations on Siesta Key, I bought this condo in 2001. I thought this could be a second home that family and friends could enjoy for years to come. Having all of the amenities of Siesta Dunes, this incredible beach, convenient shopping and many, many restaurants, what more could you ask?
