Deposit Requirements
We require a Security Deposit in the form of a credit card hold. The hold must be scheduled when a reservation is made. The hold will be placed 2 days before arrival date and released within 4 days of departure.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
