This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
